One call answers the rate, the house rules, the tour and the move in date, and the house rules go to your client in writing before they arrive. Case Manager And Partner Placements in Los Angeles
Wellness Housing rents one bed in a shared room to one adult, in three houses in South Los Angeles. The addresses are 1445 East 54th Street in 90011, 263 West 42nd Street in 90037 and 246 East 69th Street in 90003. A bunk bed is $650 a month and a single bed in a shared room is $750 a month, and both prices include the utilities. There is no credit check, no security deposit and no lease, and there is a $50 registration fee.

What Wellness Housing does not do is decide or explain who qualifies for General Relief or any other county program. That is DPSS. For everything else, 211LA is the county's front door.
Your client gets the house rules before arrival rather than on the first morning, which is when a placement usually comes apart. The houses are substance free. There are no outside visitors and no pets. Residents use earbuds or headphones for devices in the shared rooms, and there is a dedicated smoking section for nicotine users. A live in manager is on site at each house, professional cleaners work the common areas daily, and there is camera monitoring across the common areas and the building perimeters.
