Every house has a shared kitchen with storage for cold and dry goods, an on site laundry room with a washer and a dryer, one gig WiFi and a 55 inch 4K television in the common area. There is no credit check, no security deposit and no lease to sign, and there is a $50 registration fee.
The house rules are short and they are the reason the houses stay calm. No alcohol and no substances on the property, and coming back under the influence is not tolerated.
